At DECO3D – A Biodegradable Decorative & Gifts Production Farm, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed décor, gifting, and utility items. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• You have received the wrong product or colour.

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized 3D printed items.

• Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.

• Bulk/B2B orders made on special request.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be initiated via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

In case of wrong product delivery, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once we receive the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is from our end (e.g., wrong or defective item).

All products are 3D printed using eco-friendly PLA or biodegradable materials.
Minor surface texture differences or layer patterns are natural to the 3D printing process and not considered defects.(some products need hand finishing and extra layer for its durability and glossy touch)

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices or offers without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of DECO3D and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
DECO3D reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at its discretion if fraudulent or incorrect information is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

DECO3D is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website downtime, or shipping delays.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India..
